Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@soapandsoap.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cancellation:
- Your order can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Please contact cs@soapandsoap.com for cancellation requests.

Damage Claim:
- Report damages within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Email proof of damages to cs@soapandsoap.com.
- Failure to report within 24-48 hours means products are considered accepted.

Return Policy:
- Return damaged products within 5 days of receipt.
- Send returns to Naturpura LLC, 42 Westervelt Place, Jersey City, NJ 07304.
- Original packaging required.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method, minus delivery costs.

Refund Policy:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund amount will be original purchase price, minus delivery costs and initial payment processing fees.
